R Stevens is a pseudonym because I am currently employed in the franchise industry. I am a 30 year veteran of both the franchisee and franchisor systems in the food industry. I have worked extensively in  the Asia/Pacific region as well as Scandinavia and Northern Europe. My career has encompassed management with small single unit franchisees and later with international corporations in a multi country, senior management role.

At this stage I wish to remain anonymous because the nature of this blog is to assist franchisees in differing concepts which may conflict with my current situation. This blog has been conceived with the idea of bringing franchisees from all industries together to share ideas and best practices and to assist in making your business profitable. We will endeavor to add relevant content on a regular basis and encourage our readers to participate by commenting and contributing.
